Cauldwell Property Services opened their first branch in 2004, within the Centre:MK (near Marks and Spencer). Following a successful 11 years and having grown our team from initially 5 to over 30 staff members, we decided to move our premises In 2015 to our prestigious 5000sq ft property showroom in The Vizion, Central Milton Keynes building.

Having a wealth of knowledge with over 75 years combined experience in the property industry, and having worked together for a National Estate Agent, the directors were confident they could create an estate agency that delivered exceptional customer service with outstanding results, adopting corporate values in an independent setting.

As we celebrate our 20-year Anniversary, we are recognised as one of the most successful agents in the area and are grateful to have sold over 2 billion pounds worth of property and completed over 20,000 successful tenancies in and around Milton Keynes.
