Great reliable agent

I have just sold through Cauldwell and would highly recommend them.  I found them to be reliable, motivated and professional.  Huge thank you to the sales team for all their efforts. Despite the challenging circumstances at the moment and some really bad luck along the way they persisted and found the right buyer. I was lucky enough to have Sarah Valentine working to progress the sale. She was absolutely wonderful. Easy to talk to, knowledgeable, totally on top of things and always has time for you. It was massively reassuring to have her there and gave me a huge amount of confidence that everything would go through ok. Can't thank you enough.
