I cannot fault this estate agents. From when I first looked for a property to move into, they were very helpful on the phone and even had the courtesy to book a viewing at the earliest convenience so we could be the first to take a look! Help is always at hand, whenever I had a maintenance issue (thankfully they were only minor!) someone was always happy to help and got someone out to fix the problems. Cauldwell will always be the first place to go to if I were to ever look for another property, their overall service is fantastic.
