I bought this property approximately 5 years ago and it was rented privately for one year, which was probably a big mistake. There were endless problems with the tenant with regards the rent. Mainly making all kind of excuses why the rent was late etc. The tenants much to my relief left and I contacted Cauldwells about finding me suitable tenants and manage the property as they see fit. I can honestly say the monthly fee that were paid to them was worth it in that not only was I getting regular and prompt monthly rent for four years there were also regular inspection of the property - I do not think I visited the property more than 3 or 4 times in that time! I have since sold the property which was also handled by Cauldwell in the same efficient manner. Well done to all that was involved.
