Great team!

My partner and I have been in contact with Cauldwell's rental team regarding a joint tenancy in a lovely property near Caldecotte lake. We exchanged several emails with Marc Warren (Assistant Letting Manager) to organize a viewing and start the let agreed process. Marc answered our queries politely and quickly, helping us securing our new home and negotiating with the landlord the possibility of allowing the residence of our pet cat. After the referencing process our dossier was moved in the hands of Krisztina Mecsekfalvyne Nyitrai (Property Manger) who followed us every step of the way until we got the keys of the property. My previous apartment (also rented through Cauldwell's) was put back on the market and I received visits of new prospective tenants accompanied by Peter Smith (Lettings Accompanied Viewer), who managed the visits respectfully and swiftly. Most of the visits were organized by Dino Palmiero (Lettings Consultant) and Corrina Davie (Lettings Consultant) who were both accommodating of my working hours and specific needs. Overall I would recommend renting a property through Cauldwell's, they are a proactive, supportive and great team!
