Having decided to test the market during the 'Lockdown' I rang every eastate agent in MK, but nobody bothered to answer or call back EXCEPT William Coulson at Caldwell Property Services. He thought the market was strong and he'd easily sell our house, 'just leave it to me'. I left it to him and within 20 weeks he had sold it, No hassles, no worries. I have sold various types of properties in my time and dealt with a good cross section of estate agents and found Cauldwells to be one of the most professional and courtiest agents I have ever used. I have seldon bothered to recomend anyone but in this case I would make an exception and highly recommend them.
