JOIN OUR EXECUTIVE INVESTMENT CLUB FREE OF CHARGE 

For 2022 we are pleased to announce our private investors group known as The Executive Club - We have launched this new service exclusively for our managed landlords. The executive Club is a totally free and great way to increase or sell your portfolio with less stress and pressure. The added advantage if this is you can opt in or opt out any time and the plan is to sell to a fellow landlord which in turn ensures your tenants do not have to vacate (providing you income throughout the sale) and should also provide a no chain scenario with less stress for everyone involved .

 If you are an existing managed landlord and are looking to increase your portfolio then we will opt you into the club and simply send you available properties which either make a sound investment or already have tenants in them. This is a benefit as these properties will not be available on the open market as they are only offered to our managed landlords first who have opted into the club (usually 4 days before marketing commences). If you are looking for a specific property we can share your request with fellow club members as they might be able to meet your requirements by owning a property they wish to sell. If you are a landlord looking to sell a property from your portfolio which Cauldwell currently manage you will inherit the benefits of selling to one of our respected landlords at a discounted rate.

 The reason we have developed this club is because internal research shows  more and more landlords are selling and more and more landlords are looking to buy and the tenant’s end up being the losers as they are given notice by the current landlord which can be avoided by joining the Executive Club. Selling and buying properties within the club benefits landlord’s selling, landlord’s buying and the current tenant and families from unnecessary moves. Too many times we have seen good tenants be given notice which could have been avoided and feel this club will eliminate this and benefits both the current landlord and new landlord to the property - a win win all round.
