James Vintner CeMap
James established Cauldwell in 2004 with business partners Wayne Murphy and Jason Holmes. The genuine aim was to change the perception of estate agents and offer a tradition service with modern values. James started his career 1987 originally working for 'John James Estate Agents' who were based in Central Milton Keynes and Bedford. With over 23 years experience working in Milton Keynes, James's local knowledge and estate agency experience is second to none and he uses this daily to help with progressing our sales to a succesful completion.
Jason Holmes
Jason started his estate agency career in 1996 as a part time sales consultant with 'General Accident Property Services' which soon became 'Your Move'. Jason went onto become a record breaking Valuation Manager throughout the whole company and even starred in their promotional DVD before opening Cauldwell in 2004.
Wayne Murphy MARLA - Technical Award
Wayne has lived in Milton Keynes all his life and is very passionate to provide fellow local people with an independent local company they can trust who offer superb customer service with the consumer protection expected. Wayne started his career in 1999 as a Trainee Negotiator for General Accident Property Services (now Your Move) and very quickly became Sales Manager of the flagship office in Central Milton Keynes before opening Cauldwell in 2004. Wayne is a Licensed ARLA member (association of residential letting agents) which provides our customers with the security that they are dealing with an agent which protects their money through a Client Money Protection insurance, is fully qualified, who follows a strict code of practice and offer a redress scheme with the Property Ombudsman.
Lynn Wright
Lettings Manager
Lynn is one of many staff that has been with the company since opening in 2004 and is an integral part of the team. Lynn has a wealth of experience having worked in estate agency for over 20 years and is the Manager of our hugely successful rental department. Not only does Lynn run our rental department but she also helps to run a local grass roots amateur boxing club (mkvictors abc) in her spare time which is also highly successful and is a wonderful community project. Lynn is professionally qualified having passed her NFOPP Technical Award in Property Management and is always on hand to assist our large landlord portfolio
Bradley Dye
Sales Manager
With over 20 years in estate agency and having previously run his own successful company, Bradley is best placed to manage our highly successful sales department. Bradley is always on hand to help our clients and assist in chasing through our sales to a successful completion whilst managing our large sales team.
Darren Hibberd
Valuation Manager - Residential Sales
Darren has worked with the company since 2004 and offers a wealth of experience to our team with over 15 years in the industry. Darren is our extremely successful Valuation Manager within our Sales Department and prides himself on his honest, professional approach to his role
Gareth Heath
Valuation Manager - Residential Lettings
Another member of our team who has been with the company since the day we opened in 2004 and with over 15 years of experience, Gareth has progressed his career with our company to lead him to a highly successful Valuation Manager for our rental department. Gareth is professionally qualified through the NFOPP (national federation of property professionals) and not only does he provide market appraisals, he also looks after our landlord clients with a personal sales service in which he carries out viewings, chases the sale through to completion and market the property when ready offering our customers the complete investor service
Carrie Jones
Senior Sales Consultant
Another member of our team who has been here since the start in 2004 having worked previously as a successful Branch Manager with Your Move in Bletchley. Carrie has been an estate agent for her entire career having started part time at the age of 16 and is an integral part of our team. Carrie now works part time offering our customers her wealth of experience and spends the remainder of her time dedicated to looking after her two young children
Nick Churton
Managing Director (Mayfair Office)
In 1995 Nick Churton founded Mayfair Office to provide national and international property marketing expertise to some of the finest local and regional independent estate agents in the UK. This led to the formation of Mayfair International Realty in 2004. Today Nick helps and advises property professionals on international property marketing across the globe. Nick Churton is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA), a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), a member of the National Association of Realtors (US), and is a member of FIABCI – the International Real Estate Federation.
Annette Reeve
Marketing Director (Mayfair Office)
With over twenty-five years' experience in the residential property industry Annette has a keen eye for marketing strategy, development and opportunity, not only across the UK but increasingly though mainland Europe and the US. Annette acts in a pivotal role to co-ordinate the marketing mix of residential sales and new homes' projects

Will has been with the company since 2013 having worked in the events industry. He has progressed fantastically well and is now a Senior member of our sales team. With his charming and lively personality Will continues to shine throughout his career with us and is now one of our Valuation experts.

Susan's many years spent handling clients' advertising needs have given her an in-depth knowledge of media advertising throughout the UK. Through high volume advertising she is able to pass on to clients special reduced rates available only through Mayfair Office.

A vital member of our team and with over 25 years of experience from both independent and corporate agents, Sarah is well placed to assist in progressing our sales to a successful completion. Sarah has vast experience and fully understands the house selling process and is on hand daily assisting all our vendors, buyers and solicitors who need help, information or guidance.

Toni started her career with us in 2008 having previously worked in the leisure industry. Toni is responsible for processing, tracking and completing all legal paperwork required for a successful tenancy. Toni has fantastic customer service skills and works tirelessly to negotiate between landlords and tenants to agree new tenancies on a daily basis.
Vicki Prince

Vicki started work with us in 2007 following a stint as a manager in the leisure industry. Vicki works in our Management Department helping to assist tenants and landlords in our 700 plus managed properties. Vicki's experience and maturity to this integral part of our business and provides our landlords and tenants a mild mannered professional approach to property management
Claire Fitchett
Property Manager
Claire is responsible for the property inspections of our 700 plus management portfolio. With a background in Customer Service, Claire is well suited to visit our tenants on a daily basis with a smile and acts as a fantastic line of communication for both landlords, tenants and contractors.

Lumina is another former tenant of ours who has come to work with us in 2015. A former retail manager, Lumina has had a fantastic start to her career with us as she possesses excellent customer service skills leading to a highly professional approach to property management.
Krisztina Mecsekfalvyne Nyitrai
Property Manager
Krisztina joined our team in 2015 having previously worked as a floor manager in the leisure industry. As an existing tenant of ours Krisztina had an insight into how we worked and was eager to join our team and change direction with her career. With the assistance of our in-house and ARLA professional training, Krisztina is now well equipped to deal with the day to day running of the management portfolio
Susan Woodhams

This is Sue's second stint with Caudlwell having previously worked with us in 2007 prior to the birth of her second child. As a mother to three children, Sue works on part time basis assisting with the administration of our new tenancies.
Jamie Howard
Property Manager
Jamie is responsible to carry out the property visits for our managed portfolio and to report back to our landlord clients. Jamie started her career with us in 2012 on a part time basis providing Jamie the time to look after her two children. Jamie has a bubbly and lively personality and is well suited to this highly customer focused role liaising with both tenants and landlords. When she’s not working with Cauldwell, Jamie dedicates her time to grass roots football as the Manager of Water Eaton Youth under 13 girls team

Sarah joins our Property Management team with a wealth of experience having previously ran a successful rental agents in Hertfordshire. Sarah's knowledge of the rental sector is second to none and she is a real asset to our team.
Irene Moffat
Lettings Administrator
As a former publican, mother of four Irene has many skill sets and is a huge asset to our team. Irene has been with the company since 2014 and is responsible for the renewals within our busy rental department. Irene's hard working and caring attitude is second to none and this helps her build strong relationships with our landlords and tenants
Emma Button
Lettings Administrator
Emma has been with us over 11 years having started with us at the tender age of 18 in 2005. Emma is responsible for the tenancy renewals within our busy rental department and offers our customers a mild mannered approach to her work with excellent customer service skills.

Energy Assessor
Having previously worked in the financial services industry, Donna had a change of career in 2010 and now undertakes most of the Energy Assessments within Cauldwell to comply with the Government legislation

Samantha has a wealth of experience and has been with the company since opening in 2004. Sam has worked in the industry for over 25 years and prior to joining Caudwell, Sam was the Admin Centre Manager for Your Move Estate Agents
