Happy landlord!

I am a landlord letting through Cauldwell for full management for the last 7 years. Very happy with the service. There is always a staff member at the other end of the phone. Each and every staff member, from Junior staff to senior managers, at Cauldwell is approachable and very professional. They evaluate the market well and work with you to get the most appropriate rent. There was only one time when a minor point in a report was missed but they gave a sincere apology. I wouldn't go to another agent. Thanks everyone at Cauldwell!
